Tami is the best!! I lived out of town and after Tami showing me several houses I decided to build. She was great at helping me navigate this process from beginning to end and I felt like she understood what I wanted. Tami secured the lot I wanted and attended contractor meetings with and without me when I was unable to be present. Always bringing things to my attention or making suggestions when needed. In the end I love my beautiful new home and my neighborhood is perfect! I feel Tami is always on top of things and truly does her best for her clients! A little under 2 years ago, realtor.com matched us with an agent, Tami Galdeen, and boy did we get lucky! Right from the start Tami was a joy to work with. Whether it be her bubbly personality, which made viewing homes a blast, or her attention to detail when it came to what we wanted. Tami has been such a blessing to my husband and I. With the housing market being insane at the moment and my picky personality, it’s been a long adventure trying to find the perfect home and staying close to our budget. We have been working with Tami since July of 2020 and closed on our home January 2022. Not once did Tami ever try to push us into buying a home we did not want, even when I turned down perfectly good homes because I didn’t like the feng shui or thought the windows symmetry was off. She was always there supporting us and ready to answer any questions we had to the best of her knowledge. Although we were beyond excited when we found our dream home, once closing day came around, it was a bitter sweet feeling knowing we weren’t going to see Tami on a weekly basis anymore. This was our first experience in buying a home and believe me Tami I felt she had a big challenge on her hands with me! Someday's we would look at one or two other days we played a waiting game for more houses to come on the market. After awhile it became a headache always getting over bid or cash buyers. All of a sudden our house came on line we went in after looking at the house I felt fast and hard. Tami kept our hope up I wasn't sure of the house first but she knew this was the one and guess what it was and is . I thank God for Tami and our Loan officer they were God sent and AWESOME. About Tami Galdeen
I am an Ohio native but it was the military that brought me to the Dayton area. In my 16 years as a military spouse, we've moved 4 times, survived 2 deployments totaling 22 months, bought 4 houses, sold 3 and had a total of 8 addresses!
I've always love real estate! One of my favorite aspects of military life was exploring new communities and living in different places. Dayton is our forever home now and I'd love to help you buy or sell in this wonderful city and its surrounding areas!
